However, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and appearance may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

Our Ready-to-Wear collection is currently available in chest sizes 34–44, subject to product availability.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

An order is considered accepted once we confirm that the product is available and the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect order information.

4. Prices & Payment

All product prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on our website.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Ready-to-Wear garments are carefully prepared following confirmation of your order.

Our estimated delivery time is approximately three weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or unforeseen logistical issues.

6. Trouser Hem

In keeping with traditional tailoring practice, selected trousers may be supplied with an unfinished hem.

This allows the final trouser length to be adjusted according to your preferred style, footwear and proportions.

Customers may use our Personal Fitting Service where available or arrange the final alteration with a trusted local tailor.

7. Personal Fitting Service

Our Personal Fitting Service provides professional assessment and finishing adjustments to eligible Ready-to-Wear garments.

Depending on the garment and required fit, the service may include:

• Professional trouser hemming
• Minor trouser adjustments
• Fit guidance
• Assessment of jacket positioning and proportions
• Other appropriate minor finishing adjustments

Not every alteration is possible on every garment. Our tailoring specialists will advise you during your appointment.

Personal Fitting appointments should be booked in advance.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Ready-to-Wear products purchased online may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a return, garments must generally be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and applicable tags

Products that have been personally altered or modified as part of our Personal Fitting Service cannot normally be returned unless the product is faulty.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for the applicable return period and procedure.

9. Faulty Products

If you believe that your garment has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
